Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Getting Around...

SC Route 501 is the main access to Myrtle Beach from points west. This route will take you directly to the center of the city. SC Route 22 ("The Conway Bypass"), accesses the area just north of Myrtle Beach, while SC Route 544 does the sam to the south.

SC Route 17 (South Kings Highway) is the main north-south route along the Myrtle Beach commercial area, while SC Route 73, which runs parallel to the South Kings Highway, runs right along the beach.

For those looking to avoid some of the traffic, US Route 17 also runs parallel but several miles inland. IT's a quicker way to get from one end of the beach to the other.
