Correction to MD Tolls

The tolls for Maryland are wrong on http://www.usastar.com/i95/tolls.htm. The current rates for cars as of 15 Nov. 2003 are (see Tolls on lefthand side of http://www.mdta.state.md.us/mdta/servle ... e/main.jsp):
- Harbor Tunnel: $2.00 each way
- Fort McHenry Tunnel: $2.00 each way
- JFK Memorial Highway: $5.00 Northbound ouly
