The HOV in VA

I-95 has quite a interesting history. Its route continues to be the subject of much discussion and speculation. I-95 groupies unite!

Just where does the HOV Start and end in VA? I know this might not be a big deal for others but I really would like to know, I think it starts in Alexandria and ends in dumfries. Please let me know

Currently HOV on I-95 in Northern VA starts around Quantico (MM 151) and ends in the mixing bowl (Springfield). VDOT is in the process of building "HOT" lanes (HOV/toll) in several areas in Northern VA.
