Gas prices are on the move… and not in a good way. Prices along I-95 have seen an increase of from 5 to 10 cents a gallon over the last week. The highest gas prices along I-95 continue to be in Connecticut, in the $3.56 to $3.66 range. The lowest gas prices continue to be in Richmond, Virginia ($3.19), Santee ($3.21), and Walterboro ($3.19), South Carolina. A gas tax increase of 3.9 cents in North Carolina also went into effect January 1st.
From Virginia south to Georgia, gas prices are generally in the $3.20 to $3.45 range.
