I-95 Ramp in Philadelphia Closed Tonight For Repairs

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that the Interstate 95 north ramp to Interstate 676 west in Philadelphia will be closed and detoured Tuesday night, June 14, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM for deck repairs.

During this operation, I-95 north motorists will exit the expressway at Girard Avenue. Motorists will then use the Girard Avenue ramp to I-95 south and follow I-95 south to I-676 west.

In addition, on Saturday, June 18, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the right lane will be closed on the Betsy Ross Bridge ramp to I-95 south for bridge deck repair.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas on the ramp.

The work will be completed by PennDOT Philadelphia County maintenance employees.
