Nighttime travel restrictions are scheduled on Interstate 95 this week for construction at the Cottman Avenue (Route 73) and Betsy Ross Bridge/Aramingo Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced.
