The Maryland Department of Transportation is reporting that the ramp in Baltimore City from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic during overnight hours. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.
Weather permitting, Tuesday, March 8, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
The closure is part of the Maryland Transportation Authority’s (MDTA) two-year, $64 million project to remove and replace the existing concrete deck (riding) surface and roadway joints on mainline I-95 and ramps in Baltimore City. The current work on I-395 involves replacing the roadway joints.
