Headed down to Miami and decided to stop for a quick breakfast. Got off the Stuart exit (I-95, exit 101) and stumbled upon the Galaxy Diner. It’s located on FL 76, about a mile or two east of the exit on the left, in a small Publix-anchored strip center just after Taco Bell.
Let me tell you the breakfast I had was great! Nothing fancy, just Steak and Eggs cooked to perfection. Served piping hot! Great coffee too! All this and generous portions. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly.
I’m going to make it a point to stop here on the way back and try my luck at dinner. I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.
