We recently stumbled upon a great little diner located in a little strip mall not far from I-95, exit 86 in Ashland.
The Rise and Shine Diner serves breakfast and lunch all day. Lots of homestyle cooking, including excellent home-made desserts. Everyday of the week they offer two lunch specials. We stopped on Friday, (Fish Friday) and it was great! The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home.
