If you’re traveling I-95, the Lumberton KOA (formerly Sleepy Bears RV Park) is conveniently located off exit 14, just south of Lumberton, North Carolina. We camped there several weeks ago on our way south to Florida.
The park was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Sites are level, paved and comfortably sized. There seems to be a little road noise from the Interstate, but it’s not excessive. After an hour or two we didn’t even notice it.
All paved pull-thru sites with full hook-ups (30 & 50 amp). All your typical amenities are here… pool,
