Nash County, North Carolina is located along the I-95 corridor between Wilson and Roanoke Rapids. If you are a first-time visitor, this would be the perfect family vacation for your family.

Nash County offers over a bunch of different places to eat. My reccomendation is the Showside Restaurant that just opened in downtown Spring Hope. I also would say that Hing Ta Chinese in Rocky Mount offers a wonderful cuisine of fine Chinese food. There are many things to do in Nash County. For example, the Country Doctors Museum in Bailey shows off on the County Doctors in the early days. On the 1st weekend in October, visit Spring Hope for the National Pumpkin Festival which draws thousands of visitors every year. On the 2nd weekend in October, the Down East Festival in Rocky Mount kicks off the fall season in Rocky Mount. In May on the 2nd weekend, the Blooming Festival in Nashville is a great time to get out and enjow some great food and music. On the 2nd weekend in November, its the annual Dan Finch Pottery Festival in Bailey.
Nash County is easily located in the Heart of Carolina. Access to the county is easy. I-95, US 64, US 264, US 301, NC HWY 581 are some of the easy access to the county. If you are moving to the area, make sure you visit the Tourism website.
