We discovered a diamond in the ruff. Carolina BBQ and Chicken has outstanding food and the customer service is out of this world! We shared fried chicken wings, fried fish, and broiled salmon. Overall, I was quite impressed. The chicken wings were exceptionally good. The salad bar was great! The cold bar had a nice variety of deserts from strawberry shortcake to banana pudding.
They also had pulled pork, fried shrimp, mini crab cakes, chicken and dumplings, broccoli and cheese, chili, corn bread, and rolls. Prices were very reasonable… under $10 for an all-you-can-eat buffet. I’m hungry already.
I think this is going to be a regular stop for us whenever we travel I-95.
