Maine Turnpike | I-95 Exit Guide

The Maine Turnpike Authority reports that on Monday, January 13 and Tuesday, January 14, the construction site of the York Toll Plaza replacement project will be down to one lane headed southbound. The double lane closure is necessary in order for crews to re-apply lane markings through the construction zone.

The double lane closure is expected to occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, if necessary. Crews will be utilizing an infrared truck to heat the road before and after the striping is applied in order to help the paint bond to the roadway.

During this work when the road is down to one lane, some backups in traffic are anticipated. All work is weather dependent. Please use caution and expect delays.
