The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that bridge work is scheduled next week on the I-95 Girard Point Bridge, between exit 15 and 17, in Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on the northbound deck of the Girard Point Bridge between the Enterprise Avenue and the Broad Street (Route 611) interchanges.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
