The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing there will be a closure of the I-95 northbound Exit 5 on and off-ramps. This is in addition to the previously announced project wide lane closures.
I-95 Ramp Closure Details
The I-95 northbound Exit 5 on-and off ramps will be closed Monday to Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Traffic control signing patterns will and VMS boards will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
