The Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) reports that it is performing bridge preservation work on three bridges along I-95:
- Etna: West Etna Road over I-95 north and southbound at mile 163.
- Newburgh: Route 69 over I-95 north and southbound at mile 174.
- Island Falls: I-95 exit 174, southbound bridge over B&A Railroad and Old Patten Road, located at mile 276.
This work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 10 and is anticipated to be completed by late November of this year. Drivers can expect a single-lane of travel through project areas. Work on interstate bridges will be performed between 8:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Some daytime work may be required outside of these hours.
