- Monday, December 1, through Thursday, December 4, from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, northbound I-95 will be closed and detoured from the Washington Avenue/Columbus Boulevard exit (Exit 20) to just north of the Central Philadelphia/Callowhill Street exit (Exit 22).
