I-95 travelers passing through Philadelphia in November should be aware of the following construction activities and restrictions that may impact their trip.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that roadway and barrier repair will occur at night on southbound I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 28, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, weeknight lane closures will be in place on southbound I-95 approaching the Cottman Avenue (Route 73) Interchange.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
