The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that on or about Thursday, June 26th into Friday, June 27th the new northbound Rt 896 to northbound I-95 on ramp will open.
Northbound I-95 lanes will be shifted to the left approaching the interchange and through the area where the new ramp merges onto northbound I-95.
