The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that to perform drainage and utility work, I-95 southbound at Exit 43 will be closed periodically during the night.
The work is scheduled through Thursday night, July 16, 2026. The exit will not be closed on Friday or Saturday night’s.
I-95 Lane Closure/Detour Information
The anticipated lane closure will run nightly from 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m., Sunday night through Thursday night.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
