A left lane closure is scheduled in both directions on Interstate 95 between the Cottman Avenue and Academy Road/Linden Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia, on Thursday, February 7, and Friday February 8, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, for barrier repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. The schedule is weather dependent.

The work is part of a $3.5 million project to replace guide rail across the Philadelphia region.
