The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports the following I-95 construction activities that may have an impact on travel in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, through Thursday, October 22, 2026. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
I-95 Rest Area Ramp Closure:
The S.R. 9/I-95 northbound exit ramp to the Martin County Rest Area (Mile Marker 106) will be closed from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. through Thursday, October 15, for repaving operations.
The contingency dates due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be through Thursday, October 22. Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Only one ramp closure will occur at a time.
I-95 (Exit 110) Exit Ramp Closure:
The S.R. 9/I-95 northbound exit ramp to S.R. 714/SW Martin Highway (Exit 110), will be closed from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday, October 18 through Thursday, October 22, for repaving operations.
Detour: Motorists will continue northbound on S.R. 9/I-95 to the SW Becker Road exit ramp (Exit 114), to westbound SW Becker Road, to the southbound S.R. 9/I-95 entrance ramp, to the S.R. 714/SW Martin Highway exit ramp (Exit 110).
The contingency dates due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be Sunday, October 25, through Thursday, October 29. Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Only one ramp closure will occur at a time.
I-95 (Exit 110) Entrance Ramp Closure:
The S.R. 9/I-95 northbound entrance ramp to S.R. 714/SW Martin Highway (Exit 110), will be closed from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday, October 18, through Thursday, October 22, for repaving operations.
Detour: Motorists will travel eastbound S.R. 714/SW Martin Highway, to northbound SW Newfield Parkway to westbound SW Becker Road, to the northbound S.R. 9/I-95 entrance ramp.
The contingency dates due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be Sunday, October 25, through Thursday, October 29. Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Only one ramp closure will occur at a time.
I-95 (Exit 114) Southbound Exit Ramp Closure:
The S.R. 9/I-95 southbound exit ramp to SW Becker Road (Exit 114) will be closed from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. through Thursday, October 15, for milling and resurfacing.
Detour: Motorists will be detoured from S.R. 9/I-95 to the SW Tradition Parkway/SW Gatlin Boulevard exit ramp (Exit 118), to westbound SW Tradition Parkway/SW Gatlin Boulevard to southbound Village Parkway to SW Becker Road.
The contingency dates due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be Sunday, October 18, through Thursday, October 22. Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Only one ramp closure will occur at a time.
I-95 (Exit 114) Southbound Entrance Ramp Closure:
The S.R. 9/I-95 southbound entrance ramp from SW Becker Road will be closed from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. through Thursday, October 15, for milling and resurfacing.
Detour: Motorists will continue along SW Becker Road to southbound SW Newfield Parkway to westbound S.R.714/SW Martin Highway to the S.R. 9/I-95 southbound entrance ramp.
The contingency dates due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be Sunday, October 18, through Thursday, October 22. Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Only one ramp closure will occur at a time.
