- Monday September 25 through Friday September 29: Daytime Rolling Roadblocks – ;northbound and southbound Route 896 from the I-95 Interchange to the Old Baltimore Pike. (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Wednesday September 27: Overnight Lane Closures — northbound and southbound Route 896 between the I-95 Interchange and the Old Baltimore Pike. (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Thursday September 28: Overnight Lane Closures — northbound and southbound Route 896 between the I-95 Interchange and the Old Baltimore Pike. (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
