The Maine Turnpike Authority reports the following weekly construction advisories, through Friday, June 20, 2025. This schedule of lane closures may change due to weather conditions or other unanticipated events.
Wells (mile marker 20)
6/18 – 6/18
Southbound closure from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM for shoulder clean up.
Speed in the area will be reduced to 60 MPH.
Wells – Ogunquit (mile marker 13 -20)
6/15 – 6/19
North and Southbound lane closure from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM for paving.
Speed in the area reduced to 50 MPH.
Biddeford (mile marker 32)
6/20 – 6/20
Northbound lane closure from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for weather station base installation and guardrail extension. Speed in the area will be reduced to 60 MPH.
Saco (mile marker 33-38)
6/16 – 6/20
North and southbound right shoulder closure from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for highway maintenance.
Scarborough-Portland (mile marker 42-49)
6/15 – 6/19
Northbound closures from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM for paving.
Speed in the area reduced to 50 MPH
Falmouth (mile marker 51-54
6/15 – 6/19
North and Southbound closure from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM for highway maintenance
Speed in the area reduced to 60 MPH

6/17 – 6/18
East and westbound lane closures from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM for highway maintenance.
Auburn (mile marker 74.5)
5/27 – 8/29
North and Southbound left lane closures in place until further notice for bridge repairs. No wide loads permitted. Speed in the area reduced to 60 MPH.
Lewiston (exit ramp) (mile marker 80)
6/17 – 6/17
Southbound lane closure from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM for sign replacement
