The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces the Route 202 northbound ramps (Exit 8) on I-95 northbound/southbound will be closed nightly from 9:00 PM – 5:00 PM September 17 – 21, weather permitting.
One ramp will always remain open. The closures are necessary for roadway striping.
I-95 Detour Info
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 will exit onto Carr Road (Exit 9), bear left at the end of the ramp, make a left on Carr Road, a left onto Marsh Road, and then turn left to merge onto I-95 southbound. Once on southbound I-95, motorists will exit at Route 202 Northbound (Exit 8).
- Motorists traveling on I-95 southbound will take the Route 202 southbound exit (Exit 8), turn right on to Broom Street, left on 18th Street, then left on to Baynard Boulevard.
Motorists are advised to drive safely in work zones and plan for extra travel time.
