Rolling Roadblocks for Work on I-95 in Delaware This Week

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be daytime rolling roadblocks on northbound and southbound Route 896, the southbound I-95 ramp onto southbound Route 896 and the southbound Route 896 ramp onto northbound I-95 for rock removal. Also, overnight lane closures will be in place on southbound I-95 for guardrail work and on Route 72 for striping work.

I-95 Traffic Impacts

Through Friday October 6th: Daytime Rolling Roadblocks – Southbound I-95 off-ramp onto southbound Route 896, and southbound Route 896 ramp onto northbound I-95. From 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Through Friday October 6th: Nightly Overnight, Multi-lane Closure – Southbound I-95 between the Service Plaza and the Route 896 Interchange. From &:00 pm – 7:00 am.

This work is weather dependent. Motorists should expect minor delays in the area.
