The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will conduct a temporary lane closure on I-95 for the Lake Marion Bridge Replacement Project starting the night of Tuesday, September 22.
The lane closure will be placed on I-95 northbound starting Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. between mile marker 100 and 102.
Traffic will be shifted into a temporary alignment and temporary concrete barrier walls will be installed along the shoulders of the travel way to facilitate the construction of the new roadway alignment and access for the new bridge construction.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to crews when driving through the work zone.
