The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that, as part of the I-95 and I-295 North Interchange improvements project, overnight detours throughout the project limits are necessary for roadway and bridge construction operations through Thursday, May 7, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closure scheduled Monday, May 4 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- I-95 South closed: Drivers will detour at Max Leggett Parkway, go east on Max Leggett Parkway, south on U.S. 17 and west on Busch Drive to access I-95.
Closure scheduled Monday, May 4 to Thursday, May 7 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- I-95 North closed: Drivers will detour to Busch Drive, go north on U.S. 17 and west on Airport Center Drive to access I-95. Drivers on I-295 West wanting access to I-95 North will detour to U.S. 17 north and go west on Airport Center Drive to access I-95.
Closure scheduled Tuesday, May 5 to Thursday, May 7 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- I-295 East closed: Drivers will follow posted detour signs and use the I-295 East collector/distributor lanes.
Conflicting detours and lane closures will not take place at the same time.
