    I-95 Lane Closures in Seabrook Will Impact Travelers for Several Months

    The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will perform construction work on I-95 in Seabrook as part of pavement preservation efforts. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.

    Weather permitting, work will begin on Sunday, April 26, 2026, crews will perform crack filling operations on I-95 between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Lane closures will be in place on the northbound side from the Massachusetts state line to Mile Marker 4.0, and on the southbound side from Mile Marker 5.0 to the Massachusetts state line.  

    Message boards, uniformed officers, traffic control devices, and smart work zone devices will be used to notify the travelling public.

    The overall project is scheduled to be completed in September 2026.
