The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that the start of construction for incident management system installations along I-95 and Route 7 will begin on November 21, 2023. The purpose of this project is to improve the public safety by extending CTDOT’s ability to gather motorist information monitor construction and maintenance work and perform highway information activities.

This $11,268,000 CTDOT project was awarded on October 7, 2023, and is scheduled to be completed April 25, 2025.
